What does ROHRLINE supply?
ROHRLINE supplies materials, components and assemblies for industrial plants. These include pipes, flanges, fittings, valves and gaskets as well as prefabricated piping, headers, superheater coils, tube sheets, membrane walls, economisers, vessels and boiler spare parts. In addition, we provide site surveys, material take-off, planning and project documentation. Materials range from P235GH through 16Mo3 and P91 to stainless steel, duplex and nickel alloys, to DIN, EN and ASME.
Where is ROHRLINE based and where does it deliver?
ROHRLINE is based in 3484 Grafenwörth in Lower Austria, directly on the motorway between Vienna and Linz. Deliveries go worldwide – within Austria, to Germany and the EU as well as to non-EU countries; transport packaging, marking and export documents are arranged per project for the country of destination.
How quickly will I receive a quotation?
Standard items – material, standard, dimension, quantity – are usually quoted on the same working day after an availability check. For welded assemblies and parts to drawing ROHRLINE first checks scope, material, testing requirements and documentation, then confirms the quotation date. A drawing, bill of materials or short description is enough to start.
Which certificates does ROHRLINE provide?
The standard is an EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificate with batch-specific test results; when material is processed, the heat marking is transferred to every cut piece. Simple trading stock often only needs a 2.2 test report. A 3.2 certificate with a notified body or classification society is supplied on request, for example for pressure equipment under 2014/68/EU or in shipbuilding.
