Which grade, which pressure rating, which standard? We provide hands-on advice on material selection, DN/PN and approvals – and, on request, handle project-related procurement, including of special materials.

Documentation & certificates
On request we supply the inspection certificate 3.1 per EN 10204 for every batch – with complete traceability for your quality assurance and acceptance.

Tests on request
Which tests a component needs depends on the material, the code and the service conditions. We agree the scope with you before ordering; the results are stated in the 3.1 or 3.2 certificate to EN 10204.
- Ultrasonic testing (UT) and dye penetrant testing (PT)
- Positive material identification (PMI)
- Notched-bar impact test and elevated-temperature tensile test
- Corrosion tests: Huey test and IGC test (intergranular corrosion)
- Determination of the ferrite content
- Testing to VdTÜV material data sheet, sour gas or customer specification
Inspection and codes
For flanges, forgings and fittings, inspection to these codes is available on request – with the appropriate certificate for your documentation.
