Web hosting & server log files

The content of our website is stored with a hosting provider. Chatbot (Telaro)

A chatbot from the provider Telaro is integrated on our website, through which you can get in touch with us. If you use the chat, the content you enter (e.g. your message and any contact details you provide) is processed in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in efficient communication or the initiation of a contract (Art. 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR). Please do not enter any particularly sensitive data in the chat.

Storage period

We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations. After that, the data is deleted.
